8.2 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, recipient unavailability, or other factors, additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

While we take care to handle all packages properly, we are not liable for loss or damage beyond the declared value of the package, subject to our liability limitations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Kodnab Delivery service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Kodnab Delivery and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control

You agree to indemnify and hold Kodnab Delivery harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
